We're looking for a Data Analyst with experience in ERP/MRP systems (ideally Epicor) to join a growing manufacturing operations team. You’ll play a key role in transforming complex production and supply chain data into clear, actionable insights that drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
  • Extract, clean, and analyse data from ERP/MRP systems to support production and supply chain decisions
  • Build dashboards and reports using SQL or Power BI, to enhance data visibility across departments
  • Support forecasting, inventory planning, and production scheduling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements
  • Help optimise our ERP/MRP system and assist with data integration, troubleshooting, and user training
  • Initially focus on cleaning and refining MRP planning data
What You’ll Bring:
  • 2+ years in a data analyst role
  • Strong skills in SQL, data modelling, and dashboard creation
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems like Epicor, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Familiarity with data tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript, Python, etc.)
  • Great communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
