Responsibilities
- Design and build pixel-perfect front-end websites and portals tailored to individual client brand guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with internal design, client services, and back-end development teams to deliver polished, high-quality digital experiences.
- Ensure that all front-end work aligns with accessibility standards, responsive design principles, and best-in-class performance practices.
- Support the creation of branded assets such as message cards, flower box designs, and gift wrap concepts, ensuring full consistency with the corresponding digital platforms.
- Contribute to front-end architecture decisions, component reuse strategies, and style guide consistency.
- Maintain and iterate on client gifting portals and microsites as client needs evolve or campaigns launch/change.
- Provide input on technical feasibility during the design phase and help troubleshoot front-end bugs and display issues post-build.
- Ensure all designs are fully compatible across modern browsers and a wide range of devices.

Essential:
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with developing brand-driven, responsive websites.
- Ability to take design files (Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent) and implement exact matches in code.
- Experience adhering to strict brand guidelines across multiple clients or projects.
- A keen eye for visual detail and the ability to take brand assets and create both digital and physical outputs.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, multi-project environment and delivering to deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, confident in interacting with internal teams and interpreting design briefs.
- Good familiarity using Adobe Software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks and libraries (React, Vue, or similar).
- Knowledge of JavaScript library, jQuery.
- Experience creating or adapting designs for print (e.g., packaging, card layouts, or promotional collateral).
- Experience in component-based front-end systems or design system implementation.
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility nuances and debugging.
- Basic understanding of PHP, template engines, or CMS systems is a plus.
- Experience in WordPress and WYSIWYG design tools, such as Elementor (not used very often).
- An understanding of 3D modelling and rendering from software such as Autodesk Maya or Blender.
