As a Product Owner, you will take ownership of delivering digital solutions that support key business operations within a professional services environment. Working across teams and throughout the product lifecycle, you’ll help shape the product vision, turn business needs into actionable plans, and drive delivery. This role is central to ensuring technology initiatives are executed effectively and aligned with broader strategic objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and user needs.
- Develop and manage user stories, epics, and detailed requirements to guide development teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights, define priorities, and maintain a well-structured product backlog.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to support effective delivery.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, ensuring service quality, regulatory compliance, and seamless integration.
- Support business rollout activities, including planning and executing training, communication, and change management.
- Ensure compliance and regulatory factors are considered in product design—particularly around data handling and client interactions.
- Monitor product performance, collect feedback, and drive ongoing enhancements based on data and user insights.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably within the financial services or other regulated industries
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and a demonstrated ability to lead delivery within those frameworks
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
- Experience in creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing technical and business requirements
- Ability to leverage data and user feedback to inform product decisions
- Highly self-motivated, accountable, and proactive
- Strong team orientation and collaborative mindset
