I'm delighted to be supporting this well established, hugely impressive export hub with their search for an experienced Receptionist / Office Coordinator. This is a lovely opportunity for an experienced front of house receptionist who will be responsible for supporting the Commercial and Events Management teams.
The successful candidate will manage visitors arriving into the building, liaising with all other stakeholders from partners to customers to suppliers. You will also be responsible for a range of administration tasks supporting various teams within the business.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist / Office Coordinator will include (but not limited to):
- Front of house meet and greet
- Admin support to teams within the business
- Events planning and co-ordination
- Answering all incoming calls using a multi line phone system
- Manage orders
Criteria:
- Proven reception experience gained in a professional and customer facing environment
- Strong administration experience
- Comfortable using multi - line phone systems
- Familiar with MS Office
