Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Lead (Contract – Outside IR35)

This is a key role where you’ll take ownership of designing, building, and operationalising a modern Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform-based customer platform, working across internal teams and external delivery partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and operationalisation of Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse solutions
- Drive the delivery of low-code platforms using Power Apps and Power Automate
- Oversee solution architecture, customisation, and integration with wider enterprise systems
- Coordinate with third-party delivery partners and internal teams to ensure milestones and quality are met
- Manage the transition of platform ownership from partners to internal teams, ensuring documentation, training, and support readiness
- Act as a key link between delivery and strategy, ensuring alignment with programme and business objectives
- Strong, hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse
- Proven background delivering customer-centric platforms
- Experience leading application delivery within a Microsoft ecosystem
- Strong experience working alongside and managing third-party partners
- Ability to confidently bridge technical and business stakeholders
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Long-term contract secured through to end of 2026
